Are your products halal-certified?

We are 100% muslim-owned. We ensure that the ingredients used are permissible for your consumptions.

Do you have any physical store for self-collection?

No, we do not have any physical store for walk-in/ self-collection at the moment.

Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?

No, you do not need to create an account. Simply choose Guest Checkout if you wish to checkout without creating an account. However, do fill in the mandatory information so that we may contact you, if required.


How do I place an order?

1. All you need to do is to browse the menu.
2. Once you have found the items you want, place them in the cart.
3. You may add more items into the cart, if you wish.
4. In the cart page, select your preferred delivery schedule. We accept up to one week in advance order.
5. For Krunchy Banana Fritters, indicate your choice of flavours.
6. When you have finalised your order, click the “Checkout” button at the bottom of the cart.
7. Fill in your delivery address and proceed to make payment from the available payment options.
8. All payments must be made upon order. Krunchy Fritters reserve the rights to cancel any unpaid orders without prior notice.

Is there a minimum order for delivery?

Yes, a minimum order of $12 applies to all Krunchy Fritters orders.

How do I make payment for my items?

There are 3 options for you to choose from

  • Visa/ Mastercard
  • Google Pay/ Apple Pay
  • Paypal
Note: We no longer accept PayLah! / PayNow / Bank Transfer payment

    For payments by PayPal or credit cards, we will not store any of your credit cards information in our system. All transactions will be processed in a secured site for payment.

    Do you accept Cash On Delivery?

    Sorry, we are not able to accept cash on delivery.

    Can I edit or cancel my order?

    We understand that some plans do not go our way. However, this may result us incurring unnecessary cost and food wastage, when orders are cancelled. If you have ordered in advance, and there are some last minute changes to your plans, do let us know before 12pm of your delivery day.     How do I add an item to my order if you have checked out?

    Drop us an email at, and we will guide you out so that you do not incur an additional delivery cost. This only applies if the additional items will be delivered to the same address.

    I received my order, but one of them is missing. What do I do?

    We are sorry if this happens to you. But do let us know as soon as possible via email so that we can compensate you back, where necessary.


    Where do you deliver?

    We deliver islandwide. There may be extra surcharges at certain areas.

    How much is your delivery?

    We provide a flat delivery rate at $9.

    What is the latest timing I should order?

    For orders through our website, we accept orders up to 1 hour before the next delivery slot of the same day. For example, if next delivery slot is at 1pm, you should make your order by 12pm.
